Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply,and will be added at checkout. We rundiscounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
What’s your shipping method and what is the cost?
We offer free standard shipping for all orders. For USA and Canada orders, we offer express shipping for free
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What shipping carriers do you use?
Depending on your local courier, your delivery varies. Generally all orders are shipped via DHL You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What countries do you ship to?
A full list of the countries where we ship clothes is available on the Payment Page. You can click on the Country drop-down window to check the list.
What to do if my package arrived damaged/incorrect?
If you receive damaged or incorrect package, please contact us immediately and we will have it replaced as soon as possible.
How to track my order?
Once your order ships, we will send you an email include the tracking number and tracking link of your specific shipper. You can check your order status there.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What’s your return policy?
We have a 30-day, hassle-free return or exchange policy. If you aren’t totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for full refund or exchange.
How do I make an return?
To make an return, you just need to follow the simple steps below
Contact us service@fobase.cc within 30 days of order receipt to get an RA#.Write the RA# on a note and ship the item back to our return address.Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund/exchange immediately.
Please note the item must not be worn, altered, or washed with all of the original labels attached. And refund will be credited to the original payment method.
Do you offer exchange?
Yes, we do offer exchange. Exchanges are for one time use only, which means you can only return the item for an exchange one time. If you are still not satisfied with the exchanged items, you can then only return it for full refund.
ORDERING & PAYMENT
How do I place an order online?
1. Go to the product detail page to check the details, then choose the size, color and quantity you would like.
2. Click the “Add to Cart” button to have the product stored in your shopping cart. You can add as many items as you like.
3. Once you have added all the desired items to your shopping cart, please click the “Cart” button at the top right corner (left corner on mobile) to being the checkout process.
3. In the shopping cart, you can revise the quantity or remove an item from your shopping cart.
4.Once you are ready to pay for the order, just click the “CHECKOUT”button to go through the process. If you prefer an express checkout, just click the “Paypal” button.
5. Once the payment goes through successfully, you will be taken to the order confirmation page and an order confirmation letter will be sent to your email.
What if I need to cancel/change my order?
If you want to cancel or change your order, please email info@eigshowbeauty.com within 48 hours of order placement, then we will handle it accordingly.
Can I add additional items to my order once I paid it?
Sorry, we are able to add additional items to your placed order. In this case, please feel free to place a new order on our website and tell us the order number, then we will combine the two orders for shipping.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently only accept Paypal and the credit card payment will be available soon.
